All payments made on NCPChecks are strictly non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed under any circumstances.
Our Vehicle History Reports are digital products generated based on the vehicle details provided by the customer. As digital services, reports are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be re-issued if incorrect information is submitted at checkout.
Reports are delivered according to the selected package:
Basic Package – Delivery within 12 hours
Standard Package – Delivery within 60 minutes
Elite Package – Delivery within 30 minutes
Please ensure your email address and contact details are correct, as reports are delivered electronically to the email provided during checkout.
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete vehicle information, including VIN, license plate number, or registration details. NCPChecks is not liable for delays, errors, or incomplete reports caused by incorrect or missing information.
We strive to deliver every report according to the selected package. In the rare event of a technical issue or system failure on our end, our support team will promptly investigate and work toward a resolution.
